• Presidents
    • Hold all meetings both general and board.
    • Oversees all positions on board.
    • Oversees all projects and events.
    • Representative for CSA in a public forum.
    • In charge of planning/organizing meetings.
    • Makes reservations for events (bring supplies and reserve rooms/locations).
    • Come up with fun and exciting ice breakers.
    • Gate keeping all information in regards to CSA and CSUF (events, fundraising opportunities, scholarships, volunteer, etc.)
    • Manage the progress of each board member.
    • Initiate events (socials/fundraisers/community work).
    • Keep timelines of events (past and present). Assign deadlines.
  • Internal Vice President
    • Assist President
    • Project: TV Show Tapings
    • Responsible for PR with organizations within CSUF
    • Manage logistics for KUG
  • External Vice President
    • Assist President
    • Project: T-Shirts
    • Responsible for PR with organizations outside of CSUF
    • Manage logistics for KUG
  • Secretary
    • Responsible for keeping an accurate record of each member's info (emails and phone numbers) and attendance up to date.
    • Obtains roster of members.
    • Informs members of activities through email and phone calls, *Weekly* (Make emails appealing)
    • Prints out agendas prior to meetings enough for everyone.
    • Takes notes/minutes during both general and board meetings. (Obtains it in one notebook)
  • Treasurer/AICA Representative
    • In charge of the club's budget and is in charge of money at fundraising events.
    • Manage money with school account.
    • Deals with receipts and payments.
    • Make copies of all receipts and keep record in your binder.
    • Keep transaction logs up to date for *every meeting*
    • Attend AICA (Association of Inter-Cultural Awareness) meetings and make proposals for the club.
  • Cambodian Culture Night Manager / Culture Coordinator
    • *Stage Manager*- manage the program/flow of the show.
    • In charge of timeline for the show.
    • Manages subcommittees for event.
      • Food
      • Decorations/Floor plan/Music
      • Entertainment/Performances
      • Set Up/Clean Up
    • Booths/Tables
  • Publicity
    • Attend Blueprints.
    • In charge of making flyers, ads, banners, chalking for events/meetings, etc.
    • Design, print and distributes any flyers.
    • Get posters/flyers approved if you’re going to post them on campus.
    • In charge of making banners for events (through graphics room)
    • Basically in charge of getting the word out (via email, myspace, webportal, word of mouth, flyers, announcements, etc).
  • Historian
    • Takes photos and videos of events and meetings.
    • Gathers newspaper articles, club stories and awards, received by members during the year. (Keep track of past events- research)
    • Maintain the club’s history to the best of your ability and document as many activities as possible.
    • Obtains a copy of all flyers from publicity chair.
    • Update pictures on website.
    • Makes a slideshow and/or scrapbook for the end of each semester.
