- Prints out agendas prior to meetings enough for everyone.
- Takes notes/minutes during both general and board meetings. (Obtains it in one notebook)
- Treasurer/AICA Representative
- In charge of the club's budget and is in charge of money at fundraising events.
- Manage money with school account.
- Deals with receipts and payments.
- Make copies of all receipts and keep record in your binder.
- Keep transaction logs up to date for *every meeting*
- Attend AICA (Association of Inter-Cultural Awareness) meetings and make proposals for the club.
- Cambodian Culture Night Manager / Culture Coordinator
- *Stage Manager*- manage the program/flow of the show.
- In charge of timeline for the show.

- Attend Blueprints.
- In charge of making flyers, ads, banners, chalking for events/meetings, etc.
- Design, print and distributes any flyers.
- Get posters/flyers approved if you’re going to post them on campus.
- In charge of making banners for events (through graphics room)
- Basically in charge of getting the word out (via email, myspace, webportal, word of mouth, flyers, announcements, etc).
- Historian
- Takes photos and videos of events and meetings.
- Gathers newspaper articles, club stories and awards, received by members during the year. (Keep track of past events- research)
- Maintain the club’s history to the best of your ability and document as many activities as possible.
- Obtains a copy of all flyers from publicity chair.
- Update pictures on website.
- Makes a slideshow and/or scrapbook for the end of each semester.
