- IMPORTANT RETREAT INFORMATION: We will be spending the day on the beach/at the pier and do activities there, and then in the afternoon, we will head over to our hotel room for more activities. Deposit is $10 and I will begin collecting DEC. 4 and will continue to collect up until our Christmas party. **Note** The deposit will determine how much more you have to pay, meaning if many of you turn in a deposit, the less you will spend in total. But after the deposit, you will probably just spend another $10-15 depending on the number of people. Once I have a clear and concise number of people going, I will inform you of your final payment. I urge you to join us in our first retreat together as a club, for it will help us bond together as an organization.
